Jamie is a Physical Therapist with 15 years of experience. She finds great joy in helping those with neurological diagnoses realize and achieve their activity goals.
Driven to pelvic health by the birth of two children and navigating her own recovery journey, Jamie is motivated to support and empower others to heal and thrive.
Jamie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Neurologic Clinical Specialist. She graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2008 and moved to the Minneapolis area in 2010. She spent 13 years in a major health system treating patients with neurological conditions from acute hospitalization, through rehab, and into the outpatient setting.
During that time, she and her husband started a family. Jamie's Pelvic Health journey began after the birth of her two children. She had limited success with traditional pelvic PT and was feeling the negative effects of parenting in a pandemic on her nervous system. She dedicated herself to learning about pelvic rehabilitation through a mentorship and coursework for certification. She found personal success and professional calling with a multi-system, whole person approach.
Jamie is dedicated, curious, and continually learning. She is motivated to empower people to achieve their activity goals.

“Thanks for building skill and confidence and strength and reminding Joe of the possibilities. Thanks for understanding who Joe is (he always says this, “she knows me") and encouraging him beyond what seems doable. Because of you, we were in wonder over what he achieved and were amazed and giddy and speechless. There are possibilities! You help us see them….”
