I offer physical therapy and wellness sessions for patients with pelvic floor concerns Virtually and at Studio U in St Louis Park, MN.
My pelvic health journey began after the birth of my two children. I was having symptoms that were not improving with traditional pelvic PT. I found a mentorship program that I began with the goal of healing myself but quickly realized what a game changer a whole body, multi-system approach could be. I felt better physically and mentally and became motivated to help other people do the same in my role as a PT. Whether you have given birth to children - or not - and whether that occurred recently or decades ago, these symptoms are incredibly common and very treatable.
I work with all people for:
From my own journey, I know how important it is to have activities that support your long-term goals as well as in-the-moment "quick fixes" to help you get on with your day. I am very aware of the demands on your time and want to support your healing in the most practical and efficient way possible.

I am out-of-network with all commercial insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. I accept HSA, FSA, all major credit cards, Venmo, and personal checks. I will provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company, if you like. Many people do receive reimbursement for out-of-network physical therapy services and the amount reimbursed will depend on your individual plan for out-of-network benefits. I encourage you to call your insurance provider and find out what your plan offers. A referral is not needed to schedule.
